Sharde Johnson, manager of the Restoring Attention and Affect in Nature Lab at Colorado State University, will present the results of a recent study that examined the effect of 20 minutes of physical and virtual reality nature exposure on cognition, stress, and mood. Afterwords, there will be facilitated discussion about nature and aging.
