If you want a last minute rest & reset before the “new year”…this is your sign!

🧘🏻‍♀️At 6:00…we’ll ground into our bodies with a sweet Yin flow

📍Afterwards, we’ll take a quick break if anyone needs to go to the bathroom or leave…and for anyone who wants to attend *just* the sound healing.

We’ll maintain the energy of stillness & presence during the break so ⤵️
~If you need to leave after yoga, please leave quietly! If you’re coming just for the sound, please arrive before 7:30 to get settled in!
