About this Event

When the world feels unstable, focusing on your work can seem impossible. This workshop will help you navigate external and internal distractions so you can recenter your attention and maintain momentum on your research. Learn effective techniques to manage stress and regain your focus. This talk will be delivered by Sue Kim and Shaofei Liu from Univeristy Health Services.
