Sound Bath + Hapé

Take an hour to unplug and truly relax.

This experience begins with a sound bath using crystal singing bowls and soft instruments designed to calm your nervous system and help your body settle into a restful state.

Hapé is offered intentionally as an optional part of the experience to support grounding and focus. Everything is guided in a safe, respectful setting, and you’re welcome to participate at your comfort level.
