Whether you’re new to yoga, looking to try something different, or just want a mindful way to start your Sunday, this class invites you to show up exactly as you are and leave feeling energized, grounded, and ready for the week ahead.
I’m Ashley, Mind-Body Reclamation Coach and Movement Liberation Mentor. My classes blend yoga, strength, and mindful movement to help you reconnect with your body. You’ll explore natural movement, link breath to motion, and leave feeling centered, strong, and ready for the day. All in a fun, community-focused environment.
