Join us as we let go of what no longer serves us, and welcome in the light of the season.About this EventMOUNTAINTOP MEDITATION AND HIKING EXPERIENCE:Join us for a guided Mountaintop Meditation & Hike designed to help you reset, release, and realign as we approach the summer solstice. Hosted by Moving Mountains Counseling and Wellness and led by Dr. Erica Beachy-Randall, PsyD, RYT200, this experience begins with a moderate hike up Wachusett Mountain, at a steady, supportive pace.At the summit, participants will be guided through a 30-minute mindfulness meditation focused on letting go of what no longer serves you and intentionally welcoming in the light, energy, and growth of the new season. Participants will be led to mindfully descend the mountain folllowing the meditation. This experience blends movement, nature, and reflective practice to support grounding, clarity, and emotional renewal.No prior meditation experience is required-just a willingness to show up, move your body, and make space for what’s next.WHAT TO BRING:Bring comfortable hiking friendly shoes/boots, comfortable apparel (layers are helpful at this time of year), water, snack/fuel as it is 2.5-3 hour experience depending on pace, yoga mat, bug spray, sun protection as preferred. We will have a limited amount of spare yoga mats and other items available.LOGISTICS:This event starts and ends at Moving Mountains Counseling and Wellness located at the historic Mountainside Cafe in Princeton MA. Registration will take place outside of the building. Restrooms are open and available inside the building. Food and beverages are available for purchase before or after the experience. Please allow for ample time (30+ minutes) to prepare food and beverages prior to the hike as it will begin promptly at 10 am.PLEASE NOTE:This experience includes a full base-to-summit hike up and down Wachusett Mountain, following a combination of trails. Participants should be prepared to walk and hike over natural terrain, including rocks and uneven ground at times. The hike is considered moderate, with some steeper and more elevated sections along the route. A saftey and liability waiver is required to be completed prior to the start of the event.This is a light rain or shine event.
