May Day Hike at Billy Johnson Mountain Lakes Nature Preserve (Mercer Co.)
3 miles, easy pace. Celebrate the coming of spring in a lovely preserve! Perhaps we'll find a maypole! The 75-acre natural area is mostly flat, wooded terrain with some inclines, and occasional tree roots. Trails can be muddy in some places. Wear appropriate footwear and bring hiking poles, if you use them. Leashed dogs are welcome.
