That journey completely changed Chris's perspective and passion for helping others realize what they’re capable of and discovered a passion for helping others realize what they’re capable of.Will has spent nearly a decade in the fitness industry across training and nutrition, but what drives him the most is helping people challenge themselves, build confidence, and achieve things they never thought possible.Class DescriptionThis workout will focus on full-body functional training, combining strength and endurance to deliver the best of both worlds.
