Sample a delectable recipe (compliments of Matt and Shannon) featuring Dame's Rocket, showcasing its potential as a flavorful ingredient in your kitchen. A recipe card will be included so that you too can make this unique and delicious recipe at home. Feeling creative? Channel your newfound knowledge and inspiration into crafting a beautiful throw-away bouquet (perfect for Mother's Day), showcasing the vibrant colors and textures of Dame's Rocket.Participants: In the spirit of sustainability, please bring a bag/container for your Dame's Rocket harvest, your own plate and utensils for tasting the recipes, and a jar/vase for your bouquet.
