This Black Friday, skip the stress and chaos and give yourself the gift of calm. Join us for Balance Friday, a 90-minute experience designed to restore both body and mind. The class begins with 45 minutes of Pilates and Barre with Jody to awaken and energize your body, then shifts into 45 minutes of restorative Yin Yoga and Sound Healing with guest instructor, Jennie Ruth Warren.

A perfect way to recharge and find balance before the busy holiday season.
