Nick has also worked for the Michelin starred Juniper in Manchester and Danesfield House in Marlow.Having twice reached the finals of National Chef of the Year and led the kitchen at The Samling in the Lake District, he secured the restaurant its own Michelin star within 9 months, earning him the title Cumbria Chef of the Year. His career has also expanded into the private sector as personal chef to Formula 1 World Champion Jody Scheckter, bringing his refined style to an elite clientele. In 2021, Nick joined Hambledon Vineyard as Head Chef, guiding the development and launch of its new multimillion £ restaurant and continuing to build on a career defined by precision, creativity, and excellence at the highest level of dining.Nick has a personal connection to The Grange and has curated a beautiful 5 course tasting menu which he will cook at The Grange on 8th September.
