Spring is in full swing now and we are all feeling it. A renewal and revival is happening as we transition out of winter.

Join us for some fun, relaxation, laughs and good food!

This season we are pairing up with:

Radiantlivingwithlisanne with Roya Compo (yoga and energy work)
Northern Air Farms (sourdough making and tasting) we will have some fruit, cheese, jams and local honey to add to the tasting)
Moose, Mushrooms and Mud (tea making and tasting)
Wildflower Farm (farm tour walk and spring Bouquet building) 

This half day event is all about disconnecting ourselves from society and stresses and reconnecting to ourselves. By doing things with thought, intent and purpose.

Limited to 15 participants
Cost per person: $150
