Join Megan Vaughan of Vaughan Cheese Counter & Bar to learn the basics of building a balanced and beautiful cheese & meat board utilizing an assortment of American artisan cheeses and gorgeous edible flowers while enjoying a complimentary glass of wine. The Nitty Gritty Details:
Each person attending the workshop is required to purchase a ticket
Please indicate to us any food allergies upon ticket purchase. We will do our best to accommodate.
You will need to bring your own board to assemble your selections on, we recommend a board no bigger than 18in long. All other tools and materials will be provided, however, you may want to bring a box or crate to transport your board home after the workshop.
At least 5 students must be signed up for a workshop to run.
Refunds will not be given for those who purchase tickets and then cannot attend. Please make sure you have no prior conflicts before purchasing tickets.
If the workshop needs to be cancelled due to inclement or severe weather (as determined by Dahlia & Vine Flower Farm) then refunds will promptly be provided - *TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE & CANNOT BE TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER WORKSHOP* for any other reason, but can be transferred to another individual up to the day before the event with prior approval from Dahlia & Vine Flower Farm.
Flowers vary by season and what is available on the farm. Mother Nature is unpredictable, and as such no varieties can be guaranteed, but rest assured no matter what is blooming it will be gorgeous!
Photos taken at the event may be used for Dahlia & Vine Flower Farm website and future marketing materials.
You do not need to bring a hard copy of your ticket with you, we will be checking names off at the door and will send out a reminder email the day before the workshop to the email address used to purchase the ticket(s).
