Handgun 2 Beyond The Basics

This 3 hour course picks up where Handgun 1 left off. After a quick skills review the student will be exposed to instruction and practice drills in the following areas: Efficient drawing techniques, shooting from cover, don’t shoot/shoot, movement to create distance, verbal challenges. Drills and exercises will be conducted with an emphasis on correct technique even while under stress. Students will fire approximately 125 rounds during this course. In addition to the ammunition requirement, participants will need a reliable handgun (semi-auto or double action revolver), holster/belt, at least two magazines or speedloaders/speed strips, eye/ear protection. Cost is $60 and is limited to 12 students per session.
