Walk and talk counselling sessions will be held on Tuesdays by appointment. They are 51 - 60 mins long. Please dress comfortably and wear appropriate shoes. You are more than welcome to bring water, maybe a small snack and don’t forget the sunscreen. For more information or to book a session, e-mail truegrowthcounselling@talc.co.za.
