The Sunrise Monster 2026

The 47th Edition of the Sunrise Monster, hosted by Harlequin Harriers, will be taking place on 28 February 2026 at the Harlequin Club in Groenkloof, Pretoria. This prestigious race is one of the oldest races in Pretoria.

We have a race distance for everyone! The race distances include the 32km Monster, the 21km Half Monster, the 10km Mini Monster, and the 5km Baby Monster.

If you are planning to run Two Oceans or Comrades this year, you cannot afford to miss out on our flagship race. This is because our 32km Monster is the ultimate Comrades and Two Oceans conditioner.
