As winter gently comes to a close, join us in welcoming the fresh energy of spring through intentional movement, breath, and presence.

This 90-minute sunset experience is designed to awaken the body, calm the mind, and create space for renewed vitality as we transition into a new season.

Together we will explore:
- Pranayama (guided yogic breathwork)

- A dynamic Vinyasa Flow (5 Vayu guidance)

- Qigong for energy, balance and vitality

- Gentle stretching to release tension & create space to take in the beautiful view

Suitable for all experience levels, this session offers a nurturing environment to reconnect with yourself & the sun, move with awareness, and embrace the lighter, brighter energy of spring.

What to bring:
- Your yoga mat
- Water
- Something warm

This session is outdoors, so come ready to soak up some beautiful spring sunshine and load up on a healthy dose of Vitamin D.

Meet Your Host
Your session will be guided by Ioanna Piagalis, founder of The Sacred Self. As a certified yoga teacher, Reiki Master, Life Coach and Shamman-in-training, Ioanna is passionate about creating safe, welcoming spaces where movement becomes the practice of presence, authenticity and connection. Her classes blend mindful movement, breathwork and energy awareness, leaving you feeling grounded, refreshed and deeply connected to yourself.
