Qi Gong for 2020
Time to let go of the 20teens and prepare for the wonder of 2020.
I recently travelled to China to enrich my Qi Gong practice and would like to share some beautiful ancient techniques with you.
They are accessible to all -- you can practice seated if you choose.
The morning includes:
*weight transference exercises which are moving meditation and mindfulness in action,
*waving hands like clouds,
*grounding and connecting to Nature (that which we are) in this perfect peaceful setting,
*the 6 healing breaths which connect us to our organs and trapped emotions,
*guided writing exercises to consciously set your intentions for the year ahead (bring your journal and a pen).
This is a beautiful safe space to bid farewell to the old and welcome the new.
