Course Description

Microsoft Project is a project management software product, developed and sold by Microsoft. It is designed to assist a project manager in developing a schedule, assigning resources to tasks, tracking progress, managing the budget, and analyzing workloads. Most development activities are nowadays executed as projects. Technical skills are vital for successful undertaking of projects. Good project management skills helps to effectively deliver quality projects within the cost, time and scope constraints.
