- **Event Description**: Because the COVID pandemic impacted Persons with Disabilities more severely than the rest of us, Jannie du Toit and a few friends host annual concerts at various venues to support the NCPD in their tireless work to erase these losses and to restore Casual Day to its former glory before 2020.

At 15:00 on both Saturday 17 May and Sunday 18 May, the first two concerts of this year will take place at the Pierneef Theatre in Pretoria and the Melville Kruis Church in Johannesburg, respectively. A group of brilliant artists will present a heartfelt music program designed to satisfy musical tastes from young to old.

Annelie du Plessis Hoberg (flute), Chanie Jonker (piano), Fearika Heyns, Lars and Tanya Franzsen, and Willemien/Philoméne are friends who are regularly involved in these performances. Additionally, two well-known singers, Esté Gross and Helene Bester—also personal friends of Jannie—have agreed to perform as special guest artists in Pretoria and Melville respectively.

Before the Melville concert, a delicious lunch with the artists will be served at 13:00—audience members must book for this as well when purchasing their tickets.
