In this 8 Week Programme, you will learn:
• Why restriction, food rules & dieting don’t work
• Why we eat when we are not hungry
• Why we overeat or binge eat
• An approach to eat foods you love without guilt
• Tools to distinguish hunger signals and to stop eating when you have had enough
• How to deal with cravings
• Practical tools on how to deal with binge eating, overeating and mindless eating
• Mindful Eating tools to increase your awareness of patterns and habits around food and eating
How does it work?
• We meet once a week for 8 consecutive weeks
• The session is 2 hours
• Each session includes teaching tools and practical Mindful Eating
• There is discussion and sharing among women who share the same challenges
• In-between session support via email or WhatsApp
• A private Facebook support group
