If an event is impacted by inclement weather, you may choose to either receive a full refund or transfer your ticket to the next scheduled event.
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the event will be fully refunded.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for no-shows or cancellations made within 48 hours of the event.
If an event is cancelled by the Alpha, all tickets will be refunded in full.
