Danyal Swan and Johlene Vinova are joining forces to bring you an unforgettable experience of soulful sounds and soothing silence at Escape Yoga Studio on Saturday the 17th of April from 17:00 until 19:00. ?
For two hours you will be guided through various meditative practices, including; breath work (Pranayama), movement and postures (Asana), yogic sleep (Yoga Nidra) and sound journeying.
Johlene will guide you through meditation and movement, while Danyal plays various instruments, creating a live sound experience.
The yoga will be beginner friendly.
The benefits of working with sound and frequency can be immense. Sound healing synchronizes brain waves to achieve profound states of relaxation, helping to restore the normal vibratory frequencies of the cells in our bodies. Sound soothes the nervous system, and brings together body, mind, and spirit, helping anchor us in the present moment, creating inner space for a mindful, centered and calm state of being.
