We will practice Pranayama, Dru Yoga and Qigong to enhance the flow of Qi in the body, deep relaxation, tea and healthy nibbles.
We will begin the morning with a Qigong Inner Healing Meditation, followed by some fun Qigong & Dru Yoga Practices to release blocked energy. Alison will then lead you through flowing Qigong Moving Meditations to enhance the flow of Qi (energy) in the body, aiding it’s own ability to heal & rejuvenate. We will end our practice with a 20 minute guided relaxation, after which we will enjoy a choice of herbal teas and a healthy snack.

Alison enjoys teaching weekly classes and monthly workshops at Village Yoga Ayrshire, in Symington and Loans. She has been practicing yoga for 15 years and teaching Dru yoga since 2008. She continues to increase her knowledge and enjoys various practices, including Qigong , Dru & Hatha Yoga, Prana Kriya Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Meditation .
