February's theme is all about moving, strengthening and supporting your spine. 
After a few months of cold weather, wouldn't it be so lovely to get moving & having you back feeling like new! 
We will be exploring mini-sequences coupled with strengthening practices to get you ready for Spring.

Join us at Creative Calm Yoga Studio for our new Monthly Yoga & Somatics Immersion Series, designed especially for teachers who want to stay ahead in their profession & yogi's who wish to learn more.

Led by Teacher Trainer Karen Hadgett, Yoga Elder, with over 30 years of experience as a yoga practitioner  Karen will draw on her many years of experience as a Yoga teacher, Hanna Somatics Coach and Yoga Nidra Facilitator.  Karen's workshops are always creative & filled with laughter. 

Each session is themed & dives deep into:

Embodied Anatomy and Asana alignment for the individual.
Pranayama and yoga philosophy. 
Somatic movements to dovetail into your yoga practice. 
And much more!!

Packed with inspiring ideas for your next class/personal practice.

Connect with fellow teachers/yogis, make new friends, and enjoy learning in our beautiful, fully equipped studio. Every session ends with a yoga nidra and a homemade flapjack.
