After a really lovely response to the last course, we're running our 6 week Introduction to Mindfulness with Dave Gardner, again at Creative Calm starting Wednesday 4th March.

 If the start of the year (or life in general) has left you feeling a bit wired, drained, or stuck in your head on repeat, this course offers a gentle, supportive space to slow things down.

It’s a small, friendly and down to earth course. 

No jargon, no pressure, no needing to “get it right”. 

It’s suitable whether you’re completely new to mindfulness or have explored it a little before. 

The focus is on: 
*building mindful awareness 
*finding practical ways to ease stress and anxiety 
*feeling more grounded and steady in everyday life
