Babies are welcome to be exactly as they are, feeding, wriggling, sleeping or crying. Whatever they need in that moment is completely okay.Mums can choose to receive a mini treatment - either head massage or Reiki during the session. This is always optional and offered simply as a way to support relaxation and ease tension.We’ll finish with a tea or coffee and a social, included in your ticket and unhurried time to sit, chat and connect with other mums, or to enjoy a quiet moment to yourself if that feels right for you.?
