Held at Creative Calm Yoga Studio, this evening begins with a ceremonial sharing of cacao, a sacred plant medicine known for its gentle, heart-opening qualities. Cacao has long been used as a bridge between body and spirit, helping us drop into presence and deepen our connection with the Nada Brahma — the sacred sound current.
 
Following the cacao, we move into kirtan, the joyous and meditative practice of call-and-response mantra chanting and singing. With harmonium, guitar, drum, and open hearts, we will lead a journey into the vibrational power of Sanskrit mantras — invoking peace, bliss, and devotion.
 
Whether you are new to this path or know it well, all are welcome to sit, sing, and surrender to the stillness between the sounds.
