As rhe pace quickens in the lead up to Christmas, gift yourself an afternoon of stillness and space. Join me for a Yoga and sound experience to help you unwind, release the year, and gently welcome in the new.
Beginning with a grounding Hatha flow, moving mindfully to reconnect the breath and body. We'll melt into the stillness of deeply restorative Yin Yoga, inviting softness, surrender and introspection.
From there, relax into a sound bath to balance your energy and invite in peace and tranquility.
We'll close with a moment of quiet journalling and reflection, guided by gentle prompts to help you release what no longer serves, and set meaningful intentions for the year ahead.
