This gentle 45-minute class focuses on core recovery, posture, pelvic floor connection, and full-body strength through safe, low-impact movement. Whether you’re newly postpartum or further along in your recovery journey, exercises can be adapted to suit your needs as long as you've had the go ahead to exercise from your midwife or GP.
