Join our experienced paranormal investigation team led by Ryan O’Neill (Scottish Paranormal, Discovery Channels Spooked Scotland, Spooked Ireland, and published author) & Gregor Stewart (Scottish Paranormal, published author, and guest on Help My House is Haunted, Ghosts Off Grid and Haunted Places) for what promises to be a very interesting evening at this fantastic historic location.

The Location

Dating back to the 17th Century, Newhailes House has been extended and remodelled over the centuries to become the impressive Palladian villa we see today. Now under the custodianship of the National Trust for Scotland, stepping through the doors is like stepping back in time.

Reported Activity

There have been numerous reports of unexplained activity within the property from staff and visitors, which include disembodied voices, sounds and footsteps from unoccupied parts of the house. A shadow figure spotted fleetingly in various rooms, items disappearing only to be found exactly where there they had been left soon after, a full bodied phantom lady and a general feeling of unease and being watched.

Psychic Ghost Walk

The workaround will consist of a tour of the location with our trusted Psychic Medium, Louise Walker*. The aim is to allow our medium to channel information from the spirit realm and give information on any spiritual presences.

Vigils & Experiments

The event will feature various vigils and experiments that everyone can participate in. These include filmed vigils, trigger object experiments, EVP experiments, and using various equipment to detect and communicate with the unseen. There will also be free-roam time after the structured sessions, where you can become an investigator and conduct your own mini-vigil, accompanied by one of our team members.

Review Of Findings & Experiences

Findings will be analysed throughout the evening and there will be a discussion at the end of the investigation, with details of the completed analysis published on our social media and website once completed.
