Pacha mama and the spirit of water connect to swadhistana (sacral chakra) aiding the release and flow of pent-up emotions. This sacred plant medicine is a powerful tool for the clearing away of emotional blockages held in the heart centre.We will combine this sacred heart medicine with Breathwork, Journaling and powerful guided meditations designed to heal, hear what is in your heart and find your true path.The New Moon brings powerful energies for new beginnings and manifestation. As she then begins to wax so your desires will begin to come into fruition also.• Connect with the beat of the Shamanic Drum and allow your body to talk and express itself through spontaneous movement.
