Join us for an evening with author and journalist Tom McIlroy as he shares how his latest book Blue Poles came to be, and we look back on a fascinating period of Australian history.

Tom McIlroy is a political correspondent with the Australian Financial Review, reporting from the press gallery at Parliament House. Based in Canberra, he writes on national politics, the arts, tax and the economy. Blue Poles is his first book.
