Our much-loved Latin Dance Showcase returns at the majestic Thornbury Theatre.
This year’s Gala Ball theme is …‘MOULIN ROUGE’ The Movie.
We are bringing you a night not to be missed…Celebrating the Iconic Movie.
A spectacle showcasing the effervescence of the legendary Montmartre Quarter of Paris in the late 1880s – A Parisian Cabaret with a Latin twist!
Experience the energy of one of Melbourne's best Latin bands
**LA 45**, supported by Latin DJ's.
The Melbourne Salsa Student Performance Teams and Pro-Am couples will be showcasing your favourite Latin dance styles.
Join in the Dance class and enter the Best Dressed Competition.

Moulin Rouge theatre costumes, late 1880s era evening wear or current evening wear.

There are many restaurants downstairs from the Theatre to choose from to have dinner before the show or step out for a quick bite during the evening.
Parking: It can be difficult to find parking in the area. The easiest options are to park near the Thornbury Railway Station or Woolworths Preston South. Both are about a 400m walk to theatre.
