Route: From Ripponden we’ll be climbing up to Soyland, through Mill Bank before descending into Cragg Vale and well-earned refreshments at the café opposite the Hinchliffe Arms. 

We will then climb up to Withens Clough Reservoir and Stoodley Pike. From there we’ll descend into Mankinholes and Lumbutts and eventually our destination, Todmorden.

This is a terrific walk. It will be a challenge with 2 main climbs but well worth making the effort.

A reminder that this is a linear walk so walkers will need to make their own travel arrangements home from Todmorden.
