🌸 Bringing you the most relaxing yet uplifting hour of Yin Yoga & Sound...Charlotte will guide you through a soulful sequence of yoga to embody the spirit of Spring...accompanied by a crystal infused Sound Bath...to allow space for Earth grounding & goddess connection

All are welcome, no experience needed - we invite you to wear the clothes that feel good, warm & cosy, yet Spring-y and all the goddess vibes
