Carol Ann Weston is an Accredited EFT Trainer with over 20 years’ experience. She has delivered thousands of EFT one to one sessions supporting clients to break through limiting beliefs, reduce food cravings, and release chronic pain, anxiety, and emotional stress. Carol  is passionate about sharing EFT in a compassionate, practical, and neuroscience informed way that supports lasting change.
