- **Event Description**: Due to some unfortunate & fairly serious health issues recently, although Gav's treatment is going well and he's kicking this thing's butt, his capacity to work as everyone's favourite piano tuner has diminished. As much as he wants to, he can't work at the pace he is used to so we're throwing him a fundraising party to help him out and get him through his treatment.  For a mere $10 cash donation at the door on the day (or whatever you can afford, every little bit helps!), you'll recieve a ticket for one of many amazing lucky door prizes which local businesses have very kindly donated to the cause, , an afternoon of live music, and snacks / bbq. Starting at 1pm, the nusic will kick off at 2pm, with a very specjal performance during the afternoon by the Pearly Shells Big Band among many others.  There will be silent auctions, loud auctions, speeches, prizes, a good old-fashioned human auction of our mate Oscar, and much more. Later on as the sun goes down, we'll head up to Ragtime Tavern for the jazz jam and to continue the party.
