🏃🏼‍♀️ Couch to 5k is coming to Chew's Yard!

Hosted by the inspiring @riverswayroadrunners

Starting on Thursday 5th March, meet at 6.15pm for a 6.30pm run and then back to Chew's Yard for a social!

Everyone welcome 🏃🏼‍♂️so if you have fancied taking up or returning to running, here's your chance!

Couch to 5k will run alongside our regular 5k & 5 mile run club.
