Auricular acupuncture with guided relaxation

Here’s how it works: 5 little needles are gently placed in one of your ears while you snuggle in on your yoga mat. You’ll then be taken through a guided relaxation, leaving your body and mind in perfect harmony.

Bring anything you’ll need to snuggle up and make yourself toasty warm: your own yoga mat, blankets, a cushion and some fluffy socks.
