Our popular Gourmet Brunch is back! Thanks to generous community support, participants will enjoy an exceptional four-course meal and dinning experience overlooking the beautiful St. Lawrence River. Tastes highlight the special talents of our North Country friends and neighbors. Everyone from the chefs to the wait staff are volunteering their time and talents to support our important programs of end-of-life care and grief support.
In addition to the fabulous main entrees, diners will enjoy specialty soup, salad, bread and desserts provided by a variety of local North Country businesses.
1. Seared Halibut - Seared halibut with crispy polenta, wild mushroom ragout, sauteed spinach and tomato broth.
2. Chainti Braised Short Ribs - beef short ribs slow braised with sweet white onions, Chainti Classico, garlic and thyme. Served over a savory Chevre' Whipped Potato.
3. Italian Mixed Grille - an Italian combination of veal cutlet, marinated chicken paillard and hot Italian sausage. Served over wilted green dressed in a blood orange-shallot vinaigrette.
