Canning Demonstration - Blueberry Spiced Jam

Learn safe water bath canning techniques for preserving fruit products, featuring blueberry spiced jam. Participants will have an opportunity to taste the final product, take home recipes, a canning utensil, and enter to win additional canning tools or a canning book. Demonstration size is limited to 25 participants. The cost is $15 per person, which covers demonstration ingredients, supplies and participant materials.
