Over the years Pastor Dickerson has learned and developed techniques of leadership and team building that has supported his efforts in building United Christian Church over the years.  Pastor Dickerson travels extensively throughout the country teaching and imparting that knowledge into other ministries helping to build the Kingdom of God.Pastor Dickerson presided as the Autaugaville School Eagle Alumni Association first president, currently serves as a Board Member of the Thicket Clearance Conference, Montgomery, AL, member of The Prattville Area Chamber of Commerce, participant for Men of Influence, completed Autauga Leadership, member of the board for Autauga-Chilton County Habitat for Humanity, member of the board of directors for the River Region Pregnancy Center, and was a recipient of the Cash for Kindness Award sponsored by WSFA News Station for community service and involvement. Pastor Dickerson was awarded the Pastoral Humanitarian Award in February 2012 by Alabama’s People Choice and selected as one of the top, Who's Who Black in Alabama Community Leaders. Pastor Thaylee Dickerson has been featured on the front page of the Montgomery Advertiser as a leader that makes a difference and is also a regular host on TBN (Trinity Broadcasting Network) in Montgomery, AL. In 2016, Pastor Dickerson established United Christian Learning Academy (UCLA) of Prattville, AL. He has also established a community Food Program for Youth ages 18 and under.  In May 2022 Pastor Dickerson received his Certificate of Ordination for Chaplaincy through Heart Bible Institute University Love International.
