Can't Hoop? Haven't Hula Hooped since you were a kid? Then you'll fit right in! 
We use the Hoop to get a total body workout.
 Hooping burns BIG calories. it's low impact, utilizes 30 CORE MUSCLES, enhances balance & hand to eye coordination, and its great for the cardio.  Most of all its fun
