Caregiver Support Group

Caring for a loved one can be rewarding—but it can also feel overwhelming. That’s why Sandwiched KC hosts a free in-person caregiver support group where you can connect with others who get it.

Join us for honest conversations, shared resources, and a chance to recharge in a welcoming, judgment-free space. Whether you’re caring for a parent, partner, or child with special needs, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to do this by yourself. The only agenda is what you want to talk about and share.

Our support groups are sacred spaces for people who are caring for a loved one to come and share. For that reason, we ask that if you are not currently caring for a loved one (or seeing it in your future), you contact us before showing up at our meetings.
