Cancellation Policy
The reservation deposit is non-refundable. If, for any unforeseen reason, the organizer is unable to deliver the retreat, all payments made, including the deposit, will be fully refunded.
If you are unable to attend after booking, please note that no refunds will be issued. However, you are welcome to transfer your spot to another participant, as long as you inform us in advance and provide the new attendee’s details. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers cancellations or unexpected changes in your plans.
