Welcome to our wonderful Sound Healing with Tibetan Singing Bowls by Symmetry Meditation.

Join me for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience at the MC Showroom in Prahran

Designed to offer 60 minutes of relaxation using a variety of Tibetan Singing Bowls and Tingsha, Sound Baths are a wonderful and unique way to reset. Tibetan Singing bowls provide beautiful sounds along with vibrations felt by the body, resonating throughout to loosen muscles, and calm your mind.

These sessions are capped at 10 people to be able to experience the best of the bowls in this space.

All you need to bring is yourself, mats, blankets and pillows are all provided.

Accommodations can be made if you are unable to lay down on a yoga mat for 60 minutes, please let me know and I would be more than happy to organise an alternative set up for you.

WHAT TO BRING:

• Water Bottle
• A light jumper

WHAT TO WEAR:

• Warm, loose comfortable clothing

WHAT IS PROVIDED:

• Yoga Mats
• Pillow
• Light blanket

WHAT TO EXPECT:

• 5 minutes of centering and light breathwork to begin the session
• 60 minutes of pure sound and vibrations all while you lay down covered with a blanket
• A peaceful, rejuvenatng way to allow your mind and body to rest and restore itself.
• Space afterwards to connect back with yourself and the group (optional) but there is time to have a chat and connect after.

OPTIONAL if you would like to bring your own:

• An eye mask
• Your own mat, pillow or blanket
