Welcome anyone new to meditation or sound baths. You will be invited to lie down on your mat for the duration of the session.
BYO: Yoga mat, pillow, blanket. Eye mask optional.

Carol is a Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher, and also a Sound Practitioner.

Enjoy the view at this Community location, grab a coffee afterwards at the Beach House or walk along the beach after near the Brighton Bathing Boxes.
