I found profound joy in creating vessels, and gradually chose to pursue ceramics as my life’s work.I did not attend a specialized ceramics school. Instead, under the guidance of a teacher I met through independent study, I discovered not only the craft itself, but also the deep pleasure of learning on my own.I began in a small studio at home, pausing for about four years to focus on raising my children.In 2011, I established a studio separate from my home.
