For one night only, Rossi transforms into a celebration of oysters, wine and vibrant energy. Experience a frenzy of bottomless freshly shucked oysters from the famed Moonlight Flat Oysterage on the Clyde River in Batemans Bay. Artisan grower Steve Filleti brings you his finest Moonlight Kiss, Rusty Wire and Claire de Lune oysters. These will be free flowing across multiple stations throughout the evening.

To match, enjoy a curated selection of exceptional Victorian wines alongside beer, sparkling, soft drinks and water. Music on the night is provided by DJ Edd Fisher.

Over fifteen thousand oysters are expected to be served on the night.

Alumni from Melbourne Pub Group, The Prince and The Botanical who have hosted more than ten oyster events are involved in curating the experience.

The venue is easily accessible from Prahran Station and Chapel Street as well as Commercial Road and Malvern Road by tram and bus.

• Doors open at 630pm Package/Service concludes at 9pm but venue will remain open with drinks
